I have to admit, I was really hesitant to leave Pompeii at a pet hotel. I can’t even count how many pet hotels I inquired about because every time I imagined leaving him behind, my heart just wasn’t at peace. As fur parents, we always want to make sure our baby is not just looked after, but genuinely loved. Good thing we trusted Grey’s Pet Hotel and we never regretted it. 😘💙 From the very first day, everyone made us feel that Pompeii wasn’t just another guest. The pet caregivers ( I should probably call them pet caregivers instead of attendants ) because they welcomed him with so much warmth, patience, and love that it honestly felt like he was one of their own. The updates, the photos, and the way they cared for him gave us complete peace of mind ( literally every hour ang mga updates ). Thank you so much for taking such wonderful care of our little boy. Pompeii had the time of his life! 🐶💕 He finally discovered that he’s really a dog. 🐾😂 He got to run freely, make new fur friends, play until he was happily tired, socialize, and simply enjoy being surrounded by other dogs. Seeing him so happy was the greatest reassurance we could ever ask for. Thank you, Grey’s Pet Hotel, for treating Pompeii like family. We came home with not just a happy dog, but grateful hearts. Tried a lot of pet lodging place, but grey's became our go-to lodging place for our furbabies. The ates are outstanding and very assuring! We reside in QC but we bring our pets here.

We had a great experience with Grey's Pet Hotel! Our Pipay stayed for 4 nights and we felt at ease the whole time knowing she was in good hands. We also appreciated the hourly updates by sending pics and videos. May tiktok vids pa 😁 nag worry pa nga kami na baka ma depressed ang fur baby namin dahil 1st time sya maiiwan. Pero nung dumating sya sa bahay nag harot agad sya, sign na okay na okay sya. Thank you sa mga staff for taking good care of our Pipay. Highly recommended, naka hanap na kame ng trusted pet hotel kung saan namen pwede iwan ang Ben-ben namen 🫶, consistent sila sa pag update sa fur baby namen kaya hindi kame nag worry sa lagay nya 🙂 thanks also to Ms. Charm, hindi basta2 sumasama si Ben kung Kani-kanino pero sa kanya sumama agad hahaha!
