Do you walk the dog during boarding stay?
A: Yes, and this service is by request, free of charge and limited to the 2nd floor hallway of the building only. However, the hotel has specific protocol in walking the dog and this requires the use of diaper. You may either purchase a diaper at the hotel or bring your own.

Do you administer medication to dog during boarding stay?
A: Yes, but we only administer basic medication like vitamins, and this is free of charge.

How do you update the pet owners about their dog during their stay?
A: The pet care attendants on duty will send updates starting from 10am-8pm thru the created Viber Group Chat. You may also request video call if you want to talk to your dog.

Do the dogs have a companion during at night?
A: Yes, pet care attendants also sleep at the hotel during at night.

Do you accept cats?
A: Currently our hotel caters dogs only.

Do you accept walk-ins?
A: It's better to have a booked appointment but if you already bring your dog with an updated vaccination record and we have available room, we can accept your dog.

Do you have discounts for boarding stay?
A: We only give 10% discounts for 7 nights and up stay, 15% discounts for 14 nights and up stay.
