We had a delightful experience leaving Luca in their hands! He was really spoiled and taken care of. They followed our instructions on Luca's meal times and even walked him around. The best part was that they constantly sent us updates on what Luca is doing through photos and videos. Highly recommended!
Kiki girl and I had a great time playing/working with Grey's Pet Hotel! 🕺🏽 their pet care attendants sent me a bajillion updates while I was away so I was very at ease abt Kiki's experience. Bonus points to the team for taking really cute and funny pictures and videos of Kiki lol. I really liked how everyone took care of Kiki. They were very friendly and polite, and I feel like they made my dog feel loved while she was there. Kiki left smelling good and feeling tired so I knew she had a good time 🥳 Another thing to note is that their prices are very reasonable and the place is very safe. Dogs are required to get their vaccines updated (there is a vet clinic nearby in case your dog would need it before check-in) before coming in to ensure they are safe around other dogs and other dogs are safe around them. I really appreciate it kahit minsan ang haba ng pila sa vet lol cause I know they care for the overall safety of the dogs they accommodate 💖
Super recommend Grey's Pet Hotel!!! It's so hard to find a pet hotel that you can trust your dogs with and won't give you anxiety. But Grey's Pet Hotel always go above and beyond! They will take care of your furbabies as if they are their own. They play with the dogs and ensure they are at home and comfortable. They provide hourly updates - photos and videos. We were searching for a reliable place to board our furbaby, Whiskey, for a 6-day vacation, and we are so incredibly happy we found Grey's Pet Hotel in Marikina. The 100% recommendation rate with ~85 reviews on their FB page immediately caught our attention, which is a clear sign of a legit and quality service. Since this was the first time we were leaving Whiskey for multiple days, we conducted an ocular visit to ensure he would be in good hands. We were warmly welcomed by the staff, who thoroughly explained their boarding process. That visit alone convinced us: we were 100% ready to trust them with Whiskey! The service during Whiskey's stay was exceptional. The Grey's Pet Hotel team is super responsive and goes above and beyond by sending hourly updates including photos and videos so we could always see what he was up to. We provided Whiskey's daily routine and informed them that he is a super picky eater. Guess what? They managed to get him to eat his meals! That alone is a testament to their patience and care. From the updates, we could see Whiskey was happy, playing, and he even showed off his "singing talent" for the staff! Thank you, Grey's Pet Hotel, for giving us peace of mind during our trip. I recently availed the services at Grey’s Pet Hotel in Marikina, and I couldn’t be more pleased. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, attentive, and clearly passionate about the dogs in their care. The facility was clean, well-maintained, and offered a comfortable, safe environment for Chase. The daily updates and photos/ videos gave me peace of mind, and when I picked up Chase, he’s happy, healthy, and obviously well-loved. This is our second time checking in our baby at Grey’s Pet Hotel, and they never disappoint! We love how they provide daily updates about our furbaby. They also make sure the dogs get walks and playtime with other pups, so our baby never feels sad or homesick. Super highly recommended — kudos to their amazing staff!

Highly reccomended! Nothing to worry kapag sa kanila mo iniwan furbaby mo. Ang place malinis, very accommodating ang mga attendants and they will love your pet as their own. Lagi silang nag-a-update by sending photos and videos and minsan may video call pa. 👌👍
1st and 2nd time trying dog boarding for my fur baby Macho! Left our dog Sushi at Grey’s Pet Hotel for 5 days while we were on a trip, and she had the best time! 🐶💛 The staff took such good care of her and even sent us photo updates, which really gave us peace of mind. The space is clean and they make sure that your dog slowly adjusts to the new space if it's their first time. I also love how they update you everything about your dog which includes pics and video clips. Will definitely come back and recommend this to anyone who needs this.
“Best Pet Hotel Ever!” This place is like a second home for my dog! The rooms are clean, the environment is safe, and the pet care attendant treat the dogs like their own. I was worried at first, but they sent me videos from time to time and I could see how happy and relaxed my dog was. Super thankful for the peace of mind!

As a furmom, it’s hard for me to leave Yuri, but we gave this place a try so she could socialize with other dogs. I was overthinking at first, but the staff took such great care of him and gave constant updates—it really eased my worries. Thank you for taking care of Yuri! Kudos to the staff and owner! 🐾💖
We had a great experience with this pet hotel! The place is very clean and well-maintained, which gave us a lot of peace of mind. The staff were all super caring and attentive to our baby, Bingsu — you can really tell they love dogs. It made our trip so much easier knowing he was in good hands. Highly recommended! 🐶💙🍧
I was looking for a place to leave my Coco for 2 weeks and searched both Google and Facebook. That’s when I stumbled upon Grey’s Hotel. After reading the reviews and learning about why they started this business, I felt this was exactly the kind of place I was looking for. Their purpose really connected with me because Coco had a negative experience in the past as well. (so kahit medyo malayo go pa rin 😁) Coco isn’t a very sociable dog, so it’s normal for him to growl at new people and bark at other dogs. At first, he was growling at the staff and didn’t want to be touched, which made me wonder if they would still accept him. (nag iisip na paano kung di na tanggapin 🥺) But they did. They simply adjusted which room he would stay in, and I’m so thankful for that. As the days went by, he became more comfortable. The staff were eventually able to pat and carry him, which really showed me how patient and dedicated they are. They truly took the time to make him feel safe. (super dikit na sa mga ate, galit pa pag hindi napansin 🤣) The facilities are clean and safe, and the 24-hour air conditioning is a big plus. The staff were excellent at providing updates about Coco’s day, which gave me peace of mind while I was away. He even got to play with other dogs, and it really looked like he enjoyed his stay. (mukhang mamimiss nia ang mga furiends nia 😂) Thank you, Grey’s Hotel, for taking such great care of Coco! Highly recommended! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Our go-to pet hotel since day one! We’ve been bringing our dog Cisco to Grey’s Hotel since he was just 4 months old—he’s now 1 year and 3 months—and we’ve stayed loyal ever since. Their service has always been consistent and reliable. What we love most is how professional and caring they are. They strictly check vaccination cards, take photos of all the items you bring (so nothing gets lost), and best of all, they give regular updates without you even asking. It gives us so much peace of mind every time we leave Cisco with them. The staff is always friendly, and they go the extra mile. Plus, they have a playpen for dogs, which is rare to find. That’s a big deal for us because we don’t want our furbaby stuck in a cage all day—we want him to socialize and have fun while we’re away. It was Cali's first time at this hotel and we are so happy with their service. Right after we left our dog, they started updating us by sending pictures and videos. We are beyond grateful for the loving care our dogs - Parker, Alex, and Polar - received at Grey’s Pet Hotel! The staff treated them like family and made sure all three were comfortable, well-fed, and given lots of love and attention. When we picked them up after 6 days, our dogs were happy, healthy, and in great spirits. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing they were in good hands while we were away. Highly recommended! It was our first time to leave Lilo sa Pet Hotel the service was exceptional! Lilo stayed 14 days and meet a lot of furfriends!! All attendants even yung owner very accomodating and welcoming. Lahat ng instructions sa food, treats, vitamins & other meds ay nasunod tapos may hourly updates pa! The smile says it all 😇 A huge weight was lifted from our shoulders when we saw how cheerful Flynn was at Grey's Pet Hotel. There was no sign of separation anxiety on his furry face even though we were miles apart! We believe he genuinely felt he was in a safe space, which is why a camera-shy boy like him was suddenly all smiles. 📸 It looked like he enjoyed his stay there so much that we thought he wouldn't want to come home with us. 😅 Thanks heaps to the dedicated attendants for providing timely updates! We were able to give Flynn a "pahabol baon" that fueled his appetite while he adjusted during his first night. Flynn sends his boops for keeping him cozy 🐾🐶
Kopi had a great time at Grey's Pet Hotel! The service is 💯, the place is super clean, and you can really tell they treat the dogs like they're their own. I'm so happy we've found a pet hotel for Kopi whenever we need a sitter while we’re out! 🤍
We found this Pet Hotel when we tried searching for boarding of our pet when we needed to travel in 2024. They offer different services to cater to our pet’s needs whenever we’re away and we need someone to look after our furbaby. Sheldon, our golden retriever, already experienced staying here multiple times. Always so excited to check-in kasi sobrang dami nyang playmates every time he visits, lahat ng makasama nya gustong gusto nya laruin, di nya na kami pinapansin pagdating sa hotel 😂 The pet attendants love Sheldon, too! They never fail to update hourly basis and introduce mga playmates ni Sheldon. Thank you so much for always taking good care of Sheldon Boy! We will always come back here! 🫶🏻❤️
Great first impression: You have to take off your shoes first, because you can tell they work to keep the space looking and smelling clean (so important!) The attendant who received my dog provided satisfactory answers to my initial questions, and later in the group chat they continued to be super attentive to later questions and to my dog's needs. I really appreciated that when she needed to nap during the daytime, they put her in her little room; other pet hotels usually let the dogs nap in the public area, where they might be disturbed by other dogs. It's a little far from me, but still well worth the travel for the comfort of knowing my dog is properly cared-for when I have to go out of town!
I can't say enough good things about Grey’s Pet Hotel. We’ve been booking with them for over a year already and they took such wonderful care of our Golden Retrievers, Aries and April, during their stay. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and really made sure our furbabies felt at home. They got plenty of playtime, walks, and even some special pampering. I received regular updates and pictures, which gave me peace of mind while I was away. It's clear that the team truly loves animals and goes above and beyond to make sure every pet is happy and comfortable. It was my first time leaving my dogs at a pet hotel, and I was quite anxious about it. However, I decided to go ahead based on a friend’s recommendation and all the great reviews ive heard. I’m so glad I did! The service was excellent — I received daily updates and photos, which gave me peace of mind. When my dogs came home, they seemed a bit sad, almost like they didn’t want to leave the hotel because they enjoyed their stay so much 😂 This will definitely be my go to pet hotel. Highly recommended!!!
Nirecommend lang sakin ng sister in law ko ang Grey's Pet Hotel. After Haw haw's first vacay with them, I can say that they are the best hotel for fur parents na gusto na safe and happy ang kanilang babies while they are away. Nung sinundo ko si Haw haw, parang ayaw pa nyang umuwi 🤣 From customer service sa Viber up to hourly updates on Haw haw, sulit na sulit ang rate nila. It was our first time to leave Mochi in a Dog Hotel and I like that they always update me. They also followed my instructions and we are glad they took care of him well. Mochi made a lot of friends too! Attendants are well-trained and amiable. The hotel is clean and has strict requirements for vaccination records which is good. Thank you! 'Til next time
My dog was finally socialized with other dogs during his first stay at Grey's. Hourly updates are realtime and you can request videos of your dog too. Will book again soon.

My furbaby loves this place so much! Never did he cry whenever we entrust him here (to think na super iyakin hehe). Grey’s Pet Hotel ensures that they know your furbaby’s routine so they can keep it up during the stay. They provide updates consistently so worry-free talaga! They send pictures and videos, and advise kung sino kalaro ng furbaby natin. Super alaga si Jonas here, napakaganda ng service. They also sell things that our furbabies may need so di kayo mamomoblema if you forget some of their stuff. Twice na nagstay si Jonas here and he’ll surely be back for more playtime and love!
Been a struggle for us to find someone whom we can trust on to take care of our first furbaby whenever we need to go out of the country or town. Good thing we discovered Grey’s Pet Hotel! We are grateful for the service, love and care they have provided for our dear, Sola. The attendants keeps us updated whenever and we can feel their love and patience for our dog as well as Sola is super playful and has sepanx. This hotel also paved the way for Sola to socialize and make new friends with other furbabies as well. Thank you Grey’s and surely Sola would always be choosing Grey’s to have staycation at! 😊
At first, we are hesitant on letting our dog go in a pet hotel based on articles but Grey’s Pet Hotel prove us wrong. They see to it that our dog is being taken care of every time. They always update us every hour or every time our dog does something. Taking pre cautionary measures every time our dog interacts with other dogs. We truly recommend Grey’s Pet Hotel! Thank you, Grey's, for taking A+ care of my pup. 🤍 - The space is clean and air-conditioned 24/7. - Their pet attendants are caring, attentive, and well-trained. - They consistently sent me almost real-time updates per activity, that is, they would send me photos/videos of my pup while or immediately after eating, playing, getting cleaned up, etc. - During playtime, they don't mingle all dogs together but have them socialize in batches according to personality and size, which, to me, is important. - While their location is not the most ideal for me (quite far from the center of the metro), it’s not a big issue and it’s probably how they can keep the rates fair and reasonable.
If you are traveling, may it be a day or so and you do not have anyone to look after your furbabies, worry no more. Grey’s Pet Hotel will make your furbabies feel more than at home. Sobrang alagang alaga at magfefeeling anak sa mayaman sa pagkaspoiled yang mga anak niyo 😊
We highly recommend Grey’s Pet Hotel for the boarding needs of your furbabies. Their service is superb. 💯 All the staff gave us constant updates with pictures and videos so we knew that Chuckie and Chipo were well taken cared of while we were away. We love that they were able to play with the other furbabies as part of their daily routine. We also availed their bath and blow dry service to complete the hotel experience of our furbabies.

Super happy kami nang wife ko sa galing and sobrang patience nang mga nag alaga sa dalawa naming pasaway na dogs. Highly recommended ko po sila kase bukod sa super alaga nila sa mga dogs, may update sila every hour sa mga owners like us. Babalik at babalik ulet kami dito. In the span of two weeks, I went from being panicky because I couldn't find a nearby dog hotel to grateful that I got led to Grey's Pet Hotel! And it's been the best boarding decision I have made for Cooper and Agi. All attendants are very nice and helpful - they all clearly love dogs and it was great to see how much love and care they showed ours. They played with them, gave them treats, wiped them, took *the* best photos of our dogs hahaha, and made sure to give hourly updates. Whenever the dogs faced an issue (in our case, running out of diapers + Agi being a picky eater!) the team proactively thought of ways to keep them happy and comfy. As someone who's always been a bit scared letting her dogs go since they tend to be shy and guarded, I'm thankful Grey's easily calmed such nerves down because of how great they are with pets! Won't be the last time we will be coming over! Thank you so much to the ennnnnntire Grey's Pet Hotel team for a wonderful first stay. 🤍

Thank you Greys Pet Hotel for taking care of our Blaze and Flare. I like how they constantly update us, send pictures and kept our babies clean. The hotel smells good. Usually kasi other dog hotel have dog smell pa din but their hotel is well maintained. The pet attendants are gentle and sweet to our dogs. Will definitely come back next time we need to leave Blaze and Flare.

Sorry took a while to leave a review. I highly recommend Grey's Pet Hotel. I just left the place and in an hour's time I already got updates from them. They send photos and videos without me asking. Pag sundo ko parang ayaw na nila umuwi 😅 I live in QC and nag travel pa talaga ko to Marikina para lang dito. No regrets. Super safe ng babies ko, alagang alaga. Thank you to all the pet attendants! Super love their service! They provide real-time updates with pictures/videos, feed him on schedule, socialize with other dogs, walk her, and even yung pag punas ng wipes kay Yogurt ginagawa nila (special request hehe)! Yogurt was happy under their care (kahit iniwan namin siya to travel HAHAHA) she definitely loved her stay! Akala nga namin hindi na to magpapauwi si Yogurt eh. Will definitely onboard Yogurt again. Thank you to the attendants and to the owner for taking care of our Yaoyao 🩷✨
We were really pleased with the service at Grey’s and happy that our baby Uno was left under their care when we had to travel and leave him behind. They provide real-time updates, give food in a timely manner, bring him on morning and afternoon walks, and even let him socialize with other pets. They took good care of him and we will consider bringing Uno here again when we have to travel. 😊

It was Logan's first time to stay at Grey's. I was hesitant at first but the whole staff really took good care of him. The daily updates really helped and assured us that Logan was okay and enjoying his stay at Grey's. One of the best pet hotels here in Manila! It takes a lot of patience and experience to handle different types of dog breeds. Glad that I found this pet hotel as they have taken care of my Max really well. This pet hotel doesn't stink unlike the other pet hotels I have checked out. Cleanliness of the place is maintained. I appreciate all the attendants who took care of Max and made him feel loved. They have consistently updated me with Max's activities and even went the extra mile of taking him to the vet for his vaccine shot. I also liked that they really made sure that all vaccines and flea/tick preventives are updated before they take in a pet. I hope that they maintain these standards as it sets them apart from all the others. Kudos to Ms. Jen and her staff..We hope to see you again maybe in June!❤️🥰😁👌

Highly recommended pet hotel! Never miss a day to send updates! Mapa-video man or photos! Fish stayed here for 4 days and they always make sure na mag eat properly, wipe Fish' whole body before going to sleep making sure na clean, they followed our instructions when it comes to taking for walkies and giving treats! But the most important they did was, they made sure that Fish is loved while on her stay. Will definitely on board our furbaby here again!
This is the first time our French bulldog, Splash, has stayed at a pet hotel. We couldn't be happier with the love, care and attention that Splash received in this pet hotel. We appreciated the immediate response to our inquiries, regular updates, photos and video clips were provided by the staff which reassured us that Splash was doing well and enjoying his stay. Wala na ata makakapantay pa. Una, mine-make sure talaga nilang bawal outside slippers sa loob hotel, to ensure your babies’ safety from bacteria na dala ng outside slippers. * Napansin nila na gusto ni kooshi ng unan, pag naptime, nilalagyan nila ng unan si koosh. * winawipes nila talaga before matulog and after kumain. Sobrang solid lang nito kasi eto yung ginagawa namin para sa babies namin everday, kaya the staff doing this without us telling them to do it, dun palang 10 stars na dapat ang Grey’s. Haha. * laging may update, saka may care ang staff and owner sa mga pets na bumi visit talaga, na para bang own fur babies nila yung inaalagaan nila. SOBRANG nakakapanatag. It was a last minute desicion to leave my baby in a pet hotel, and we were so happy to find this place! It was a 1st time for my baby so I’m a little bit anxious for him, but Grey’s Pet hotel exceeded our expectations. Booking was fast and easy! When we arrived, the place was clean and smelled good. The staff were very friendly and approachable, and they never failed to update me on my baby via viber. They sent pictures and videos too! The hotel is great for any dogs. Wesley enjoyed his 2 nights stay. I love the way they pamper Wesley. The staff are well trained and they are concerned with the pets . I highly recommend Grey's Pet Hotel for taking care of Mochi. I looked for different hotels to accommodate him, but only Grey's met my expectations. First time namin siya dalhin sa pet hotel and hindi kami nag sisi sa pagpili sa Grey's. They are very consistent with their updates, and I know that they took care of Mochi while we are away. I know that Mochi has enjoyed his stay because he was able to play with the other dogs and still be comfortable. So happy we found this place!!! ❤️❤️❤️ the carers Cha, Aly, Namie and Princess genuinely love dogs and seem to be enjoying caring for the dogs. They give is regular updates and cute photos. the place is clean and they check all the dogs. They are also very stringent with regard to vaccination reqt which is good so the dogs din’t get sick during or after boarding. ❤️❤️❤️ best part, Chip is enjoying all the attention and play-time he gets during his stay.
we've tried a lot of pet hotels before and i can truly say that Grey's Pet Hotel is the best one! We left our 3 dogs with them for 9 nights and di sila nagkulang sa pag uupdate. i really felt that my dogs were well taken cared of. sooo happy also that they got to socialize with other dogs throughout their stay. highly recommended ☆☆☆☆☆

I highly recommend Grey’s Pet Hotel! First time namin sila iwan sa pet hotel. Palagi namin sila kasama anywhere we go kaya medyo worried kami nung first night nila dun. May separation anxiety din kasi babies namin kaya I was shocked nung nakita namin gano sila ka comfortable and happy nung nasa Grey’s hotel sila. Super inaalagaan sila, every hour may update sila sa amin. Ang pinaka nakaka shock pa dun, nung kinuha na namin sila parang na sad sila pag uwi sa house. I was impressed with the cleanliness and facility of Grey's Pet Hotel. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly cared about the well-being of the dogs entrusted to them. They took the time to ask about Ivy's routine, likes, and dislikes, and were diligent about following any special instructions I provided. Our Meelkee's go to Pet Hotel eversince they've opened. And glad they're so near with us around Marikina. We've boarded Meelkee at Grey's for several times now (around 4-5 times) with varying stay durations They're very responsive on Viber, scheduling is efficient during Onboarding of your pets. The hotel is very clean. They follow your advice/guides for your dog, adjusts with food if needed. Sends frequent updates (photos and videos), walks them, cleans them thoroughly before bedtime. You can feel that they love your dogs as much as you do When we started boarding Meelkee at Grey's, we no longer worry when he's left there for more than 1 night. Sometimes we think our dog may not want to go home at all when we pick him up 😅 More power to Grey's and to your staff. Meelkee will surely be your frequent visitor. Thank you as always

He played with new friends and was doted on by the staff 24/7🥰 They even provided diapers and wiped Chico every night before bed🥹 they also gave consistent updates with videos and pictures the whole day, so I felt secure that Chico was okay. Kloude and Boo’s 4-Day Staycation at Grey’s Hotel from September 12-16, 2023. We had an eye on this pet hotel a few weeks before the date. Not only because of it’s close proximity to where we live, and friends recommendation, but also of our due diligence checking out their positive reviews. We visited the hotel a week before and these are the things we noticed right away. 1. The place smelled fresh, pleasant, and very tidy, even if there were a number of dogs checked in. 2. Staff were accommodating and engaging, who gave us a run down on their usual activities in taking care of the dogs. As fur parents, we gave them a feedback on both dogs (Boo and Kloude) on how to approach them, since this is their first time being left with different people, which Grey’s Hotel adhere to the dot. 3. We got a chance to converse with the owner on the drop off day. She shared very insightful details about Grey’s Hotel, how they take care of their guest, daily activities and updates they will be doing for the next four days, which kept us at ease and comfortable leaving our furbabies in their capable hands. She even went out of her way to bring in Grey and Sloan to play with them.😊 4. Kept us updated all throughout with video clips. Definitely a plus on their end. 5. Rates are very reasonable, gives consistent update from morning to evening, place is super tidy and clean, service top notch! We are all smiles. Kudos the the whole team. A worry-free place were you can trust your fur babies 💯🏆❤️!

Grey's Pet Hotel is Ocean's second home. 💙The place is clean and super well-ventilated (with cool aircon!). Staff really take good care of the pets like their own. They feed them on time, walk them and play with them. They also regularly update us about our pet's activities through our Viber group. When we pick Ocean up from the hotel, he is clean and he even smells good! With Grey's Pet Hotel, I know that my furbaby is in good hands while I'm away. Highly recommend this pet hotel specially for those from Marikina area. The place is clean and well maintained. I had to leave my 17 months old chow chow for 2 weeks. I have constantly and consistently received updates thru viber about his walking, feeding, medicine, and cleaning activities with photos. Staff are very professional and friendly. My wife and I recently had the pleasure of boarding Nymeria and Pol at the Grey's Pet Hotel and I must say, it was a wonderful experience for both us and our pets. From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm and welcoming, and clearly passionate about their work. The facility itself is immaculate - it's clear that cleanliness is a top priority. The accommodations are spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for my pets to stretch out and relax. The indoor play area is impressive, with toys for pets to enjoy. One thing that really impressed me was the level of personal attention my pet received. The staff took the time to get to know my pet's personality and preferences, and tailored their care accordingly. We received regular updates and photos, which put our minds at ease and allowed me to enjoy our vacation without worry. Overall, I highly recommend Grey's Pet Hotel to anyone in need of top-notch pet boarding services. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine love for animals make them a cut above the rest. We will definitely be using their services again in the future.

We were so fortunate to have Grey's Pet Hotel take care of Wiccan for 3 days while we were away. They were everything every fur parent would want for a boarding place: consistency in communication, transparency in all of our pet's actions (they give us update whenever he's asleep, when he's eating, or when he's outside for a walk) and most of all, they treated Wiccan with so much love and care! We'll come back here again on our next vacation, Wiccan almost wanted to stay for good! 😁❤️ Super huge thanks to all the staff for all the love you gave to Wiccan while we were away, he ate here way more than he ate at home! That's how good Grey's Pet Hotel is at taking care of our babies. ❤️❤️❤️

(1) an update every now and then even if you don't ask to (2) the place is clean and smells nice (3) staffs are attentive (4) lots of pretty & pogi playmates (5) can remove your dogs matted hair 😆 We'll surely be back! First time for my dog to sleep in a pet hotel, and Grey’s Pet Hotel did not disappoint. They give constant updates, their place is clean and did not smell (please keep it up 👍🏼). Ate and kuya were patient to my super kulit and hyper Burpee. Thank you! Until Burpee’s next staycation!
Our 2nd time leaving momo & chuck in a dog hotel and this time at Grey’s Pet Hotel . We now have a safe place for our furbabies 🐶🤩 The owner is super kind and nice, sent me updates every hour and super dog lover. Thank you for taking good care of momo & chuck ❤️ The hotel is very clean and smells clean (thats a plus for us) The pet care attendants were really nice and responsible too. They really care for momo and chuck, made sure they always eat on time and have walkies everyday 🥰 Overall experience is wonderful and HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ❤️❤️❤️
My dog Kanye doesn’t have good experience with dog hotels. The last time he was in a dog hotel he was sad and didn’t eat for two days. Kanye is happier to be left home rather than be in a dog hotel. We don’t really do dog hotels unless we really have to (like be out of town for more than 2 days). But Grey’s Pet Hotel is unlike any other dog hotel Kanye has ever been to. He didn’t feel lonely when he was there. He had no problem eating and he was very happy to get plenty of walks and playtime… We highly recommended Grey’s Pet Hotel. They facilities are excellent and the staff really cares about your pet. We’ll be checking in Kanye every time we’re out of town. 💯💯💯
We have been leaving our dog to pet hotels when we need to be out for days, and Grey's pet hotel has provided us what all furparents wanted-constant update 😊. And I can tell that our dog (Daichi) had the best experience with them, ayaw na nga umuwi hehe. I highly recommend Grey's Pet hotel to all furparents.
It was our first time to board our furbaby in a hotel and found GREY'S PET HOTEL in Marikina. All information needed is already on their FB messenger and they reply immediately on queries. Coordination hassle-free. Air-conditioned place, 24-hour staff on-site. We are one happy customer. We now have a safe place to leave our Zeek.

Our first time leaving Bou at Grey's Pet Hotel was a wonderful experience from inquiry to pick-up! 🐾 The owner is super nice - patiently answered all my queries, sent me updates every hour and was kind to let her own dog play with ours the whole day! 🐾 The pet care attendants were nice and caring as well. They made sure that he ate his food and he was tidy before we picked him up. 🐾 The place is clean (smells clean too unlike other pet hotels). 🐾 The hotel is strict with the pet's vaccination records (this is a plus for us!) 🐾 Bou definitely had a super time at the hotel (He was not that happy to see me when I came to pick him up😆) Thank you so much, Grey's Pet Hotel for taking care of Bou and special thanks to his new friend, Grey, who made his stay extra fun 💙 See you again soon! 🥰

Always clean and well maintained from the first time I inquired till the end of our party. Staffs are very accommodating and helpful even in decorating the play area with balloons. Always ready to assist to clean when a pet accidentally pee or poo. Even the owner was there to join and accommodate. Can't wait to celebrate with them again and/or try their hotel services. I'm sure my babies are safe with them🫰🏾
