Absolutely marvelous service. They always provide hourly updates alongside pictures and videos. This is my second time booking with them already and they've taken such good care of our dog. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.
We were searching for a reliable place to board our furbaby, Whiskey, for a 6-day vacation, and we are so incredibly happy we found Grey's Pet Hotel in Marikina. The 100% recommendation rate with ~85 reviews on their FB page immediately caught our attention, which is a clear sign of a legit and quality service. Since this was the first time we were leaving Whiskey for multiple days, we conducted an ocular visit to ensure he would be in good hands. We were warmly welcomed by the staff, who thoroughly explained their boarding process. That visit alone convinced us: we were 100% ready to trust them with Whiskey! The service during Whiskey's stay was exceptional. The Grey's Pet Hotel team is super responsive and goes above and beyond by sending hourly updates including photos and videos so we could always see what he was up to. We provided Whiskey's daily routine and informed them that he is a super picky eater. Guess what? They managed to get him to eat his meals! That alone is a testament to their patience and care. From the updates, we could see Whiskey was happy, playing, and he even showed off his "singing talent" for the staff! Thank you, Grey's Pet Hotel, for giving us peace of mind during our trip. Whiskey was not just boarded; he was loved and cared for according to his needs. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Grey's Pet Hotel to anyone looking for pet boarding. Your pets are truly in the best hands here!

I recently availed the services at Grey’s Pet Hotel in Marikina, and I couldn’t be more pleased. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, attentive, and clearly passionate about the dogs in their care. The facility was clean, well-maintained, and offered a comfortable, safe environment for Chase. The daily updates and photos/ videos gave me peace of mind, and when I picked up Chase, he’s happy, healthy, and obviously well-loved. Highly recommend Grey’s Pet Hotel for anyone looking for a reliable, caring pet boarding experience.
Very very friendly and caring staff. Accommodating and knows how to handle pets. Also the facility smells great even with different dogs.
No regrets leaving our fur baby Nugget at Grey’s! They were so patient in updating me about Nugget while we’re away on vacation. This is our second time checking in our baby at Grey’s Pet Hotel, and they never disappoint! We love how they provide daily updates about our furbaby. They also make sure the dogs get walks and playtime with other pups, so our baby never feels sad or homesick. Super highly recommended — kudos to their amazing staff!

Highly reccomended! Nothing to worry kapag sa kanila mo iniwan furbaby mo. Ang place malinis, very accommodating ang mga attendants and they will love your pet as their own. Lagi silang nag-a-update by sending photos and videos and minsan may video call pa. 👌👍
1st and 2nd time trying dog boarding for my fur baby Macho! He definitely enjoyed it and his attendants were making sure his comfortable throughout his stay plus point every hour update from time to time the peace of mind I needed every time i'm far away 🥰 again thank you so much Grey's Pet Hotel for taking good care of Macho 100/10!!!
Left our dog Sushi at Grey’s Pet Hotel for 5 days while we were on a trip, and she had the best time! 🐶💛 The staff took such good care of her and even sent us photo updates, which really gave us peace of mind. The space is clean and they make sure that your dog slowly adjusts to the new space if it's their first time. I also love how they update you everything about your dog which includes pics and video clips. Will definitely come back and recommend this to anyone who needs this.
“Best Pet Hotel Ever!” This place is like a second home for my dog! The rooms are clean, the environment is safe, and the pet care attendant treat the dogs like their own. I was worried at first, but they sent me videos from time to time and I could see how happy and relaxed my dog was. Super thankful for the peace of mind!

As a furmom, it’s hard for me to leave Yuri, but we gave this place a try so she could socialize with other dogs. I was overthinking at first, but the staff took such great care of him and gave constant updates—it really eased my worries. Thank you for taking care of Yuri! Kudos to the staff and owner! 🐾💖
We had a great experience with this pet hotel! The place is very clean and well-maintained, which gave us a lot of peace of mind. The staff were all super caring and attentive to our baby, Bingsu — you can really tell they love dogs. It made our trip so much easier knowing he was in good hands. Highly recommended! 🐶💙🍧
I was looking for a place to leave my Coco for 2 weeks and searched both Google and Facebook. That’s when I stumbled upon Grey’s Hotel. After reading the reviews and learning about why they started this business, I felt this was exactly the kind of place I was looking for. Their purpose really connected with me because Coco had a negative experience in the past as well. (so kahit medyo malayo go pa rin 😁) Coco isn’t a very sociable dog, so it’s normal for him to growl at new people and bark at other dogs. At first, he was growling at the staff and didn’t want to be touched, which made me wonder if they would still accept him. (nag iisip na paano kung di na tanggapin 🥺) But they did. They simply adjusted which room he would stay in, and I’m so thankful for that. As the days went by, he became more comfortable. The staff were eventually able to pat and carry him, which really showed me how patient and dedicated they are. They truly took the time to make him feel safe. (super dikit na sa mga ate, galit pa pag hindi napansin 🤣) The facilities are clean and safe, and the 24-hour air conditioning is a big plus. The staff were excellent at providing updates about Coco’s day, which gave me peace of mind while I was away. He even got to play with other dogs, and it really looked like he enjoyed his stay. (mukhang mamimiss nia ang mga furiends nia 😂) Thank you, Grey’s Hotel, for taking such great care of Coco! Highly recommended! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Our go-to pet hotel since day one! We’ve been bringing our dog Cisco to Grey’s Hotel since he was just 4 months old—he’s now 1 year and 3 months—and we’ve stayed loyal ever since. Their service has always been consistent and reliable. What we love most is how professional and caring they are. They strictly check vaccination cards, take photos of all the items you bring (so nothing gets lost), and best of all, they give regular updates without you even asking. It gives us so much peace of mind every time we leave Cisco with them. The staff is always friendly, and they go the extra mile. Plus, they have a playpen for dogs, which is rare to find. That’s a big deal for us because we don’t want our furbaby stuck in a cage all day—we want him to socialize and have fun while we’re away. Thank you, Grey’s Hotel, for always taking such good care of Cisco! 💛
It was Cali's first time at this hotel and we are so happy with their service. Right after we left our dog, they started updating us by sending pictures and videos. As a fur parent, it is important to have a peace of mind whenever we travel without our dog. We will surely bring Cali again here! Thank you so much to all the attendants that took care of Cali! :)

We are beyond grateful for the loving care our dogs - Parker, Alex, and Polar - received at Grey’s Pet Hotel! The staff treated them like family and made sure all three were comfortable, well-fed, and given lots of love and attention. When we picked them up after 6 days, our dogs were happy, healthy, and in great spirits. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing they were in good hands while we were away.
